The mission of Northern Illinois Nephrology is to provide the highest quality of care for patients facing kidney related illnesses. We provide a comfortable and friendly environment and utilize the latest medical technology to make our patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We also provide dialysis services through Fresenius Medical Care North America, state-of-the-art out patient dialysis center.

We specialize in treating patients with hypertension, kidney disease, diabetes, and may other kidney-related disorders. We also provide primary general internal medical care of chronic dialysis patients, as well as patients with no kidney disease, on a limited basis. Full diagnostic and therapeudic services are provided for:

• acute and chronic renal failure
• refractory hypertension: treatment and evaluation for underlying causes
• acute and chronic fluid and electrolyte problems
• drug overdose (emergency dialysis)
• recurrent urinary tract infections
• kidney stones: preventative and medical treatment
• malignant hypertension
• systemic diseases with kidney involvement
• diagnostic studies, including 24-hour urine, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, kindey biopsies, and imaging techiques
